IT OFFICER =========== VisionFund is seeking 01 qualified candidate to fill the position of IT Officer to support computer network infrastructure and other general IT issues at both Head Office and Provincial Branch Office (PBO). These include caring for all servers, network devices (computers, printers, routers, handheld device... etc.) to ensure the effective use of VisionFund Cambodia’s resources for Information Technology. SYSTEM SUPPORT OFFICER ======================= VisionFund is seeking 01 qualified candidate to fill the position of System Support Officer to work closely with core banking administrators to ensure that our business and backups run successfully. It requires backing up and maintaining our core database in order to ensure that our data are safe and we perform general troubleshooting at users’ requests. This position works at night. TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATION SUPPORT MANAGER ================================================ VisionFund is seeking 01 qualified candidate to fill the position of Technology and Application Support Manager  based in Head Office to maintain technology infrastructure strategies by managing staff, designing organizational network infrastructures, hardware sizing, supporting all applications (Core Banking System and in-house development system), and researching and implementing technical strategic solutions. This position shall also be responsible for administering and maintaining network systems, including Cisco, LAN, WAN, and file servers (user, group management, access right and mail server…etc.)

Duties + Requirements
	IT Officer   Duties Prepare and forecast the storage size needed and number of backup-media for the branch level. Prepare and maintain computer network infrastructure and process documentation for the branch level.. Regularly maintain Windows Server 2008/2012. Regularly check backup log to ensure the job has been done. Install and maintain all applications. Provide technical support to end-user Update IT assets information, and log incident into system. Assist procurement team to check the purchased equipment that relates to IT and also join the procurement committee.   Requirements Must understand and agree with VisionFund’s Mission, Vision and core values. Bachelor degree in computer science or in a related field, or knowledge of specialized principles or techniques equivalent to those that would normally be obtained through a bachelor degree. 1 year experience in IT support position or Network Engineer position. Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Server Administration or later. Cisco CCNA Router and Switch. Configure and Deploy McAfee Antivirus: ePo 5 or later. Knowledge in micro finance. Knowledge in Android OS Fluent in English language. Strong skills in presentation.
	System Support Officer   Duties Provide technical support to end-users from each branch related to applications developed by VisionFund Cambodia and the core banking systems. Work closely with data encoders and teller to ensure that they can finish their tasks before close of business. Work closely with human resource officer to perform change requests from all branches related to core banking system. Monitor size of core banking database and number of transaction per day Check and remove all unauthorized transactions from T24. Report to core banking administrator on daily basis.   Requirements Must understand and agree on VisionFund’s vision, mission, and values Should be fresh graduated Knowledge in concept of database design and Microsoft programming language Knowledge in micro finance Knowledge in basic networking such as LAN, WAN and TCP/IP configuration. Ability to organize and quickly evaluate the nature of the problem and to provide a solution rapidly and accurately Requires good analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have a Customer Service oriented mind-set with the ability to organize, prioritize and delegate tasks while transferring knowledge and expertise to empower clients and users Strong interpersonal skills.
	Technology & Application Support Manager   Duties Prepare and forecast storage size to meet the organizational growth Plan local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure to fit the current and future business environment, Prepare, develop and update procedures, guidelines and policies related to information technology Prepare, implement and update Disaster Recovery Plan Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) standards periodically and make recommendations for changes or updates. Develop business case for critical system changes. Prepare yearly IT business plan and budget for technology infrastructure and MIS unit Lead the user acceptance test and log issues/problems encountered and liaise with the vendor or system developers for rectification of errors.   Requirements Bachelor University Degree preferably in Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline with specialization in leading and implementing technology infrastructure and all applications support. Certified in Microsoft Window Server Administration and Cisco Networking Academy (CCNA) is preferable. 2 years management experience in a relevant field. Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies. Understanding of object oriented concepts, design patterns, and application frameworks Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Network, storage, applications support, and system engineering experience preferred Strong verbal and interpersonal skill. Strong leadership and project management skills. Basic knowledge of finance, accounting , banking and microfinance.
