UNIVERSITY OF MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMICS, Kampong Cham Branch is a private University that provide a high quality education in region. Recently, there are many students who enrolled for new academic year, 2012-2013. To reply to these increasing more and more students, now we are seeking qualified Staff motivated applicants to fill the positions below which based in Kampong Cham Province.

I.              HR & Admin Officer
 Duties
  • Act as assistant and Executive Management to the management by preparing personal comment correspondence, arranging meetings, maintaining diaries for the managements as required.
  • Assist the management in coordinating the routine admin/hr work of the Based University at BTB.
  • Ensuring action is taken to carry out the management.
  • Assist the management by coordinating and managing the appropriate distribution of all-incoming mail correspondence.
  • Assist the management in improving and monitoring routine administrative of the management.
  • Supervise the duties and responsibilities of all administrative staff.
  • Ensure University directions are maintained: Controlled number copying Table of Contents Distribution List Issue amendments.
  • Administrative support to include typing, photocopying and translation.
  • Supervise administration of administrative files and all university fixed assets.
  • Supervise and monitor duties of receptionists and Guards.
  • He/she shall function as a secretary and be responsible in supplying information (answering telephone inquiries) and responds to correspondence (opening and answering mail) schedules meetings, coordinating travel, attending meetings and taking notes, maintaining and updating the calendar of events, taking responsibility for files management.
  • He/she administer University Officer and administer the payroll of the project service property custodian and prepare the report, inventory of equipment and other reports.
  • Under the direct supervision of Vice Director and Branch Director.
  • Assist personal filing, recruiting staff, compiling and reporting on document templates and so on.
  • Ensure an appropriate process for new staff arrival and staff departure after the contract termination.
  • Logistic and procurement and Collect all needs from the different office.
  • Follow-up purchase request procedure and Produce an up-to-date supplier database.
  • Maintain building facilities and equipment.
  • Identify problem and solicit relevant service providers.
  • Inventory control and event or parties organizer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree (BBA/MBA) or Equivalent.
  • 1 year Experience in Administration with University/MOEYS is advantage.
  • Strong ability to perform practical tasks.
  • High sense of integrity and honesty.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced computer usage-Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and IT skill is a major asset
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Sense of initiative, autonomous, creative, open, and critical.
  • Strongly motivated to work for underprivileged young people.
II.            Vice Director In Charge General Operational Education in University
  • Prepare business plan, budget, finance and run operation academics from day to day.
  • Communicate with Ministry of Education tasks.
  • Control all student / lecturer subject and marks in the computer system.
  • Prepare document ACC task requirement and reporting on time basis.
  • Manage relationships with Khmer and foreigner teacher, principals and community.
  • Good understanding of finance/Accounting.
  • Ability to delegate and transfer knowledge to accounting/finance to staff and student.
  • Familiar with QuickBooks Accountant 2010 or other accounting package, Microsoft Word, Access and Excel is advantage.
  • Skills, interpersonal skills, communication and patience.
  • Recruitment lecturer and well communicate with students.
  • Assistant to CEO and Branch on business activities running from day to day.
  • Directly manage privately checking and control teacher’s hours.
  • Produce filling system for classes’ materials.
  • Tracking student’s exam and making and reporting to management, ministry and ACC.
  • Classes management (Foundation year, Associate, Bachelor, MBA, DBA & PhD).
  • Preparing reports and documentations required by Ministry of Education, Youth, & Sport.
  • Preparing reports required by Executive Management and UME Headquarter.
  • Ability to get training become professional Business and Administrative lecturer is advantage to get more earning.
  Requirements
  • Master degree in Business & Administrative or Equivalent
  • Good understanding in education field
  • Able becoming lecturer and work in a team and under presser
  • Good understanding of administrative in Business and Government
  • Ability to delegate and transfer knowledge to administrative to staff and student
  • Familiar with human resources computer system to manage staff
  • Skills, interpersonal skills and patience
  • Ability to get training become professional lecturer much appreciate
  • Is University-educated and experienced in project management
  • Has experience in community-based development programs including past leadership, program development, measurement and evaluation techniques
  • Is flexible, honest, hardworking, and committed to improving education
  • Has excellent spoken and written Khmer and English abilities
