Job Description
| - Build up the relation with clients, tenants, residents to rent the rooms in Phnom Penh - Supervise and manage sales officer - Meet sales target as assigned by the management - Lead generation: call, email, visit the customer - Evaluate opportunity to maximize business outcome - Follow up and update sales status - Understand the products of the company and customer’s requirement - Key in customer information and requirement in sales pipeline - Prepare daily and weekly sales report to the management ***Japaneses company - sales condo and home |
Job Requirements
| - Bachelor degree in marketing or related field. Mater degree is a plus. - Good computer skill (Ms. Word/ Excel/ Power Point) - At least more than 2 years experiences in Real Estate - Be able to speak English fluently - Be able to speak Chinese / Japanese is first consideration - Leadership and can manage sale executive - Excellent communication skill, interpersonal and presentation skill ***- Salary rank: $500 - $1000 - Competitive commission – could be from $20,000 up per annum based on sale performance - Opportunity to work with various dynamic teams likewise Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia teams - Opportunity to join workshop with international specialist - Opportunity to receive oversea working exchange |
